Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of Omaze UK Limited, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible.
2. Entry period
The Grand Prize Draw closes at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the online entry close date specified for the draw. Entries received after that time will not be counted.
3. How to enter
You may enter by purchasing an entry bundle, or free of charge via the postal entry route. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any one paid entry.
4. The prize
One guaranteed winner will receive the Cornwall house worth over £4,000,000, transferred mortgage-free with no stamp duty or conveyancing fees to pay, furnishings included, together with £250,000 in cash.
5. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries by an independent draw process, and will be notified using the contact details supplied at entry.
6. Donations
A guaranteed minimum donation from the draw will be made to the nominated charity partner, Wellbeing of Women.
